We direct bill most major insurers, so in most cases you pay only the portion your plan does not cover.
How it works
Bring your insurance information to your appointment. If your insurer is listed below, we can usually submit your claim directly at the time of your visit, and you pay only the remaining balance.
Coverage and eligibility vary by individual plan. Some plans require you to pay up front and submit your own claim. We will confirm what your plan allows before you are billed.
